Composition 100% Acetal 

Acetal is a thermoplastic, semi-crystalline plastic with high strength and hardness, combined with excellent dimensional stability and chemical resistance. The material is characterized by good sliding and wear properties as well as high abrasion resistance. Acetal is excellently suited for the production of precision parts and is used by Tatonka for buckles and fasteners on backpacks. Thanks to a temperature resistance of -40°C to +132°C, they are easy to operate in any weather.
